“This life is what you make it. Not matter what, you’re going to mess up sometimes, it’s a universal truth. But the good part is you get to decide how you’re going to mess it up. Girls will be your friends – they’ll act like it anyway. But just remember, some come, some go. The ones that stay with you through everything – they’re your true best friends. Don’t let go of them. Also remember, sisters make the best friends in the world. As for lovers, well, they’ll come and go too. And babv, I hate to say it, most of them – actually pretty much all of them are going to break your heart, but you can’t give up becuase if you give up, you’ll never find your soul mate. You’ll never find that half who makes you whole and that goes for everything. Just because you fail once, doesn’t mean you’re gonna fail at everything. Keep trying, hold on, and always, always, always believe in yourself, because if you don’t, then who will, sweetie? So keep your head high, keep your chin up, and most importantly, keep smiling, because life’s a beautiful thing and there’s so much to smile about.”

“Its better to be hated for what you are than to be loved for what your not”

“I believe that everything happens for a reason. People change so that you can learn to let go, things go wrong so that you appreciate them when they’re right, you believe lies so you eventually learn to trust no one but yourself, and sometimes good things fall apart so better things can fall together.”
— Marilyn Monroe

Hi again everyone, I’m Denise Wilson A.K.A Dynamite. I know that I’ve been so busy over the past few months, so I haven’t been blogging a lot for your reading pleasure. Well, I’m happy to say that I’m back here at Red Hot Juicy Sizzling Gossip, alone finally! The other bloggers-my friends-that was helping me blog over the past year and a half have move on to other projects.
So until I move on to my next project that I will definitely enjoy, I’m going to continue to stay at RHJSG. Recently, I had thought about moving to another favorite project of mine, such as working on my modeling/acting career only. But I decided to stay here and work on that project at the same time. When the time is right and if I shoot up successfully, hopefully, then most likely I will put up another site about that ongoing affair. So yes, I’m an aspiring entertainer!
Of course, I will blog more regularly like when we first started. Probably more personal, reveal more of my own thoughts, opinions, beliefs. Since I’m by myself, I might as well! Also I will continue to provide updates and progress on my ongoing other career goal. With blogs, images, quotes-the whole ten yards.
You should know that my love for words could not keep me away from posting my beloved messages for you. So all those topics that I’m delighted to share with you will go on for now. From world events, religion, politics, personal issues, social justice, entertainment, paranormal, etc. Don’t forget to check out my other blog: Bleeding Heart Beat.
I post cool stuff there too. And hell who knows, I might even have special guests posting again on RHJSG as well! Goodbye for now!
Love,
Dynamite
There’s a fine line between common sense and ignorance. For years, it seems that some politicans and their constituents alike are edging closer and closer toward the ignorance side of the political spectrum.
So let’s talk about the current political environment. The republicans vs the democrats. The GOP is so aggressive hammering out their talking points. While the democrats are too passive while taking the bait.
As an Independent, I have negatives with both parties. First of all, the GOP and some democrats seems to have selective amnesia when regarding the Bush-era landscape-not too long ago. During those eight years, the country’s problems was a trainwreck in slow motion. The economy was faltering. The national security was a disgrace. There was so much vile and untrust. The nation was one of the most hated countries in the world. Healthcare, energy, taxes, foreclosures, education, etc. a mess! May I go on?
During the Hurricane Katrina disaster, the government’s response was slow and pitiful! The Iraq war was unnecessary! The focus instead should have been on the Afghanistan war to capture Osama Bin Laden and Al-Qaeda that was responsible for 9/11!
The country’s woes were on a whirl wind track to disaster! It still is today, but the bleeding has slowed some. So the majority of the electorate voted the republicans out, which resulted in the Democratic takeover. So flash foward to today. Things are not going the way the public wants. Certain “changes” are being made but nothing is happening as fast as the public would like. We get that the public is impatient. But these things takes time!
Recovery seems to be on the way for Wall Street and big business, but nowhere in sight for millions of unemployed and struggling individuals across the country. Prices are going up all across the board. From food to health care. Recalls of food, products, cars, etc. are happening every other day.
It’s been almost two years since this administration took office. And from the republican perspective, that’s enough time to undo almost a decade worth of Bush/Cheney disastrous policies. Of course, the president’s approval ratings are on a steep decline. Every new president’s poll numbers have its positive and negative spikes. When the country is doing good, everybody takes the little things for granted. And the president and the incumbent party’s approval ratings are going up. When the country is doing bad, such as times like these, the president and his incumbent party’s approval ratings are going down.
And of course, the moratorium will be on the party that’s not in power. And it shouldn’t be! That party should never have lost the white house and both houses of Congress in the first place! And in the GOP’s case, unleashing bad policies and screwing up the country is why they lost power. And all on their own accord. Not the democrats.
But nobody is talking about that at all. Instead the media is talking about the sweeping GOP victories in the mid-term elections this fall. The predictions of the political landscape is definitely on the horizon.
In my reasonable opinion, the public should not trust either party. It’s not a partisan debate on either one. The public needs to examine each candidate one on one and decide who is best for the job, regardless of party. Just pick the best candidates that will work for those who voted them in office. And these politicians should successfully listen and interract with their constituents and complete the job for the American people.
Nobody is psychic and they don’t know for sure what’s going to happen in the mid-terms and the 2012 presidential election. They can only give opinions of the electorate’s mood with the poll numbers during this snapshot in time as each campaign moves closer and closer to the election.
It is safe to say that if majority of the electorate is not satisfied with Obama and the democrats, then they will be voted out during the mid-terms and 2012 election. But if the administration and the democratic congress do what’s right by the public and if they convince the electorate to reelect them, then they will have another chance.
The GOP shouldn’t be too jolly with taking over congress and a future white house, Because if they do not have any alternative policies that will work for the public nor if they can find the appropriate candidates to win, then they will lose it all again. Also the republicans and the tea party and/or teapublicans need to settle “something” before they break off into two parties and that is a disaster waiting to happen!
So how do a good politician win a honest election? They are the ones in office that puts country ahead of party. Put the well-being of citizens above special interests. Do what’s right even though it may be wildly unpopular. Make the honest decisions even if the political climate will be poisonous. Tell the constituents what they need to hear instead of what they want. Don’t try to please everyone, if so they will fail. But they can meet everyone by compromising in the right way.
And that my friend, is how a good-not a manchurian candidate-can win a fair and honest election! It can happen! Politicans might as well tell the truth, their constituents are going to find out once they are in office!
*Note: Sadly, a lot of politicans are politically motivated, treating everyday like an election, and saying/doing things politically correct. So that’s why it’s up to you to understand the bigger picture and vote the facade-hiding politicians out!
(This should have been posted on 09/15/2010, sorry I was just so busy!)
Lately, it seems to me that one of my favorite talent shows-America’s Got Talent is transforming itself into American Idol.
Maybe it’s the viewers instead voting like AGT’s is the second AI.
Honestly, I haven’t been paying much attention to AI like I use too. (I’m a little bored with it)
But AGT is what my viewing chapps been glue to.
So far, just about every winner of the AGT’s competition has been a singer instead of a variety act.
It’s cool but I’m beginning to find it a little boring. As long as the voters pick the best singers, that’s fine with me.
But no offense, some of the winners that were singers are not that good!
They’re not that bad either. To me, there were tons of other acts that beat the final winners.
I thought maybe since AGT is an open contest for all acts and ages, I assume that more variety or non singing acts will win.
Or a mixture of the two (variety and singers) on the show. The show is mostly catered to a variety act theme.
Maybe it’s just me, but I sort of feel like an interesting show like America’s Got Talent is turning into the next American Idol.
Well, that’s how the voting process goes. People are going to pick who they like.
That’s my piece, anyway.

Torie: Hey RHJSG, I stumble upon your site by accident awhile back. And I’m glad I did!
I happen to check out a blog y’all did replying back to a reader about why so many black men date outside of their race compared to everyone else. I agree with y’all statements one hundred percent. It was spot on! I don’t get why some black guys are making this a trend. As a black woman, I don’t care what color or race a man is, as long as he is a good man.
I don’t have any preferences. Everyone have a right to date anybody they want. But when you decide on stereotype preferences-they only make you look foolish! It’s your business to do whatever you want. But when you dish it out in everybody’s faces, then people will dish it back!
I don’t have a problem with interracial relationships. But when these people, black men, for example, hate on the women of their own race, and diss them then that means these sell-outs have disturbing issues!
Denise: Torie, I agree with you 10,000 percent! You’re right! These statements right here:
…”I don’t care what color or race a man is, as long as he is a good man. I don’t have any preferences. Everyone have a right to date anybody they want.
But when you decide on stereotype preferences-they only make you look foolish! It’s your business to do whatever you want. But when you dish it out in everybody’s faces, then people will dish it back!
…”hate on the women of their own race, and diss them then that means these sell-outs have disturbing issues!”
Hit the nail right on the head! People say it’s the mainstream media that’s enforcing these stereotypes. True. But also these adults need to realize that the mainstream media is a business trying to sell so they can make money influencing individuals like themselves! Obviously, it’s a self-hatred issue. They do not want to be with someone that looks like them.
Low self-esteem. No confidence. Before they date anyone, they need to love and be proud of themselves first! This ignorance cause prejudiced people to discriminate against their own race or other races.
They should not let the media persuade their mindsets. Beauty like skincolor is only skin-deep. No one race have a hold on beauty! There are attractive and unattractive in all races. We posted about this subject in various blogs on our sites. This agrument is nothing new.
Just because you have bad experiences with certain races, doesn’t mean everybody of that race is like that! Some don’t even give their own race a chance-they just let themselves fall victim and be brainwash by others, including the media.
Also these people need to understand that it might be you that’s the bad one, instead of others that you’re hating on! You might need to check yourself. Black men or whoever that engage in this sort of thinking, actually are the only people that look like suckers and sell-outs!
It’s actually sort of like a reverse racism. They are giving fire to the already racist climate out there! It’s sad, stupid, and it’s a damn shame!
My advice is this: Be proud of who you are and your people! We are all human beings created by a perfect God. And all that God created is perfect. Because he doesn’t make mistakes!
Again it’s a slave mentality issue. You should develop your own mindset and stop repeating other people ignorant rants. Because if you don’t, in the end, this poisoned mindset will harm nobody else but yourself!
Question Ponder: Why did God choose to let the world go on as it is, after everything that happened?
Miss Us, sorry we’re be back to blog again after a long hiatus soon!!!

I’m a life long Independent. A formerly Hillary Clinton, now Barack Obama supporter. I enjoy long walks, beaches, reading, cute guys, and computers.
I’m an only child. I have a lot of friends. I live for pizzas, peace, hard work, and plenty of money.
(The following is questions from anonymous readers to Kerrie Walker)
*
Q: What do you think of RHJSG?
KW: I love it! It’s a great blog with wonderful insight. I enjoy the variety and the spicy controversy!
*
Q: How long have you been a blogger on this site?
KW: I’ve been a blogger on RHJSG for about five months. But I’ve been blogging since I was a teenager.
*
Q: Are you currently dating?
KW: Yes. Actually, I have an on and off again boyfriend.
*
Q: What do you think of your fellow bloggers?
KW: I have nothing but praise for all of them! If you think I’m going to diss anybody, then you are mistaken! LOL
*
Q: Are you religious?
KW: Yes, I am a devout Christian. Very dedicated to my faith.
*
Q: What do you think of our current politics nowadays?
KW: Shit! That’s what! Dirty, cheap, and everything bad about politicians. Only telling you what you want to hear to get your vote, then as soon as they get voted into office-they forget who put them there! Obama included! Our president is okay but I do believe he is making mistakes and he should try to fix it before the end of his first term. I don’t agree with all his political stances but I do agree with some. All in all, every politician has their dirt.
*
Q. What’s your opinion of the mainstream media?
KW: Besides mentioning sex, color, and violence, It’s a money-making business process. Ratings, controversy, gossip, the whole ten yards. The media seem to exploit anything or anyone that is wealthy, famous, infamous, racy, and sure to drive higher ratings and bucks into their corner!
*
Q: Are you superstitious?
KW: Yes and No. I do believe in the supernatural. There are real demonic spirits in the world. But I do not believe in certain practices that prevent and/or encourage good and bad luck.
*
Q: Do you believe that minorities are represented equally compared to whites in our society?
KW: No, I don’t! But again it depends on what we’re talking about here. Especially, in the media and in real life, the perspective is skewered towards an European/Western way of doing things. From beauty to the workforce. In society’s way of thinking, if you are white-you have an advantage over everybody else. Especially if you are a white man. I’m a white woman and I can fully understand what has and continues to go on. Still, nowadays everybody have an opportunity to get ahead but minorities are subjected to a more intense double standard. It’s sad and tragic but this twisted way have been going on for generations. It won’t stop until God put an end to it. My reasonable opinion is this: If God wanted the whole world to be white, then he would have made everybody the same. Obviously he wanted variety, since he made everybody different. Right?
*
Q: What do you think of the world’s standards?
KW: Well, I think it’s horrible! It is a disportionate lens everywhere! Too much greed, war, power in some areas. Not enough clean resources, money, better infrastructure in others. You know, the old sayings are true: “It’s an ill wind that blows nobody any good.” And “If you’re not part of the solution, you’re part of the problem.”
*
Q: What do you hope to bring to this gossip site?
KW: I hope to bring my perspective and experience here. I enjoy replying to readers. Also to give my advice if anyone needs it. Finally, I hope to carve my niche and let that positive message be heard.
