Lindsay Lohan and other ruthless celebrities

lindsay-lohan-face

What is there left to say about Lindsay Lohan. It could be alot or not much.
I actually think Lindsay is a good actress.
I use to like her acting.

But over the years, like so many other child stars-she let herself go. Not many child stars live good lives.

It’s sad really. It seem that most always turn out bad. Like their childhood somehow was taken away from them and they make up for it by being notorious.

A few that turn out good are Ron Howard and Kim Fields. I can barely think of any. Some that turn out bad are Lindsay Lohan, Britney Spears, and Drew Barrymore. ( Drew since turn her life around)

Though with Lindsay Lohan, I believe the drugs and the alcohol affected her. Along with the spoiled Hollywood image. Her parents relationship with her seem to be dysfunctional.

The friends, boyfriends, girlfriends, etc.
She recently twittered a topless photo of herself, it’s rumored that she did that to distract the attention from claims that she stoled about half a million in jewelry from a photo shoot but the company says she’s not a suspect.

Who knows and who really cares?
This is not the first time that she was accuse of stealing something. Awhile back, some girl claim she stoled her jacket or something similar to it.

Also who can forget that it was Lindsay whom started the coochie flashing. Followed by Paris Hilton and Britney Spears.

Ever since her run in with the law.
Her car crashes, drunk/drugged out while driving, her chasing a friend’s mother in her car. Then the slap on the wrist punishment after each case. What was it- hours or a day in jail?

But I do know that if it had been anybody else, not famous or rich, they would’ve been thrown the sledgehammer.

That’s what happens with these celebrities. When they barely get punished for their awful behavior and crimes-they will do it over and over again.

All because they think they will get away with it. So far, they been right. But you and me, not so much.

Iran’s challenges

Oh man, where do I start on what’s going on there. I have no idea! I understand why the protestors are protesting their rights. They want their votes counted. Fair enough. I believe in peaceful and reasonable protests.

But violence and bloodshed is unacceptable. It is a disgrace to not only Iran but to the whole world. America does have a right to speak out on certain issues, especially human rights. Though there are those times that America and the world are to sit on the sidelines and safely guard situations, such as the one in Iran right now.

I must say if the situation gets out of hand and spur violent backlashes and gory murders then the world must step up and do something about it. To a certain intent. President Obama is taking the right approach to these conditions. He’s trying to walk a very fine line. Like he did during the 2008 presidential election.

He had to generally talk about issues not in a black or white issue but an American issue. Just like in Iran, he can’t seem to be meddling in another country’s problems nor sit back and relax on the sidelines. He’s doing the right things, by talking generally about fair and just elections, peaceful stands, and democracy to all.

He isn’t taking sides from either stance. The GOP is arguing that President Obama should be tough and speak out more intently. Senator McCain seem to think so along with the others in his party. That’s the problem right there. Trying to be the Decider-in-Chief, my way or the highway, and a bully. What does this remind us of, you guess it, the last adminstration.

This is the main reason why America has become one of the most hated countries across the sea. It is not necessary. . We should try to work with our allies and talk to our enemies in an assertive way. Listen to them. Talk to them. Work with them. We’ll help them out then they will help us out.

To those  hostile countries that won’t, then that’s their choice.  We can then team up with our friends to develop consequences to those that choose to disrupt and harm other nations. But we can only do that if we have allies. We surly can’t get along far by ourselves.

Politics GOP v.s. DEM

What else can be said about the Democrats and the

Republicans. With this ongoing battle between healthcare:

Public or private or government run or whatever. I’m like

shut-up already and stop playing  politics with the public’s

healthcare. People should be  able to choose what they want.

If they like their healthcare then they should be able

to keep it. If they want something different then they

can choose what kind of plan they want. I honestly believe

everyone have a right to heathcare.

As an Independent or centrist, or whatever  term the

media call for people that don’t fall in any specific party

line these days. If I were a democrat, I’ll probably be a

conservative democrat or if I were a republican, I’ll

probably be a moderate one. I am conservative on alot of

issues on one side of the political spectrum and then I’m

liberal on the other side. (I’ll go in more detail in another

post later on.) Enough about my political views now.

I just think the GOP should just stop unnecessarily

criticizing  President Obama on everything, anything that

he does. That make them look more and more like the

party of NO and no new ideas, but the same old-not-

working politics of 2001-2008 or Bush-era failures. The

GOP should offer constructive criticism and new

ideas for the public.

The general public’s like, “Ok, I heard what you

said about Obama’s policies. They’re all bad for  me. I got

that part already. So stop repeating it. But what I do want

to know, what’s your policies or the alternative.” See what

I’m talking about. It’s makes so much sense. So the GOP

needs to stop talking about Obama all the time and tell us

what their plans are.

Now, don’t get me wrong. They can still offer relevant

critiques. That’s exactly what President Obama and his

administation are doing, and it’s the right approach.

Lastly, I just hope the GOP take a page out of the Obama

playbook before it’s too late and they lose in  another,

bigger landslide in the 2010 and 2012 elections.
